The front of the human body, also known as the anterior side, extends from the top of the head down to the feet and includes many vital structures and systems. Beginning at the face, it houses key sensory organs such as the eyes, nose, and mouth, essential for vision, smell, taste, speech, and expression. Moving downward, the neck connects the head to the torso and contains important passageways for air (trachea) and food (esophagus), as well as major blood vessels and nerves.

The chest (thoracic region) contains the sternum and ribcage, which protect vital organs like the heart and lungs. Below the chest is the abdomen, which holds major digestive organs such as the stomach, intestines, liver, and pancreas, as well as components of the urinary and reproductive systems.

The front of the arms and legs includes muscles that allow lifting, gripping, walking, and other movements. The skin, muscles, and connective tissues of the front body not only provide protection and shape but also play a key role in movement, posture, and non-verbal communication through gestures, body language, and facial expressions.
